Fajr festival to review Italian cinema

TEHRAN -- The 36th Fajr International Film Festival is scheduled to organize the Retrospective of Italian Cinema this year.
The program will review seven movies, including “Little Tito and the Aliens” by Paola Randi, “The Laplace’s Demon” by Giordano Giulivi and “It Is the Law” by Salvatore Ficarra and Valentino Picone.
“A Ciambra” by Jonas Carpignano, “The Order of Things” by Andrea Segre, “Where Shadows Fall” by Valentina Pedicini and “Equilibrium” by Vincenzo Marra will also be screened.
A number of Italian cineastes have also been invited to attend the festival.
The Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism and the Embassy of Italy are the co-organizers of the event.
The 36th Fajr International Film Festival will be held in Tehran from April 19 to 27.
